Jason Verduzco is a seasoned sales trainer and finance professional with a proven track record of excellence in the highly competitive Southern California auto market—one of the largest and most dynamic automotive markets in the world.

Drawing from extensive real-world experience, Jason specializes in equipping dealership teams with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to thrive in a challenging and ever-evolving industry.

Currently serving as an active Finance Manager at a leading auto dealership, Jason has consistently set new benchmarks, achieving record-breaking performance not only within his dealership but across the Southern California region, particularly in finance operations. His expertise extends to navigating complex regulatory frameworks, including Regulation Z and the Truth in Lending Act, ensuring compliance while maximizing profitability.

Jason is a strong advocate for compliance and believes that well-trained sales teams are the cornerstone of any dealership’s success. Recognizing that sales professionals are the face of the dealership, he emphasizes the importance of comprehensive education in compliance and customer satisfaction (CSI). As he puts it, a Finance Manager’s primary role is to “protect the dealership and be the backstop.” To that end, Jason has embraced cutting-edge technologies, including AI-assisted recording tools, to optimize dealer performance while maintaining full compliance with industry regulations.

Understanding that every individual has room for growth, Jason excels at identifying specific training needs and delivering tailored, one-on-one coaching to foster organic and lasting transformation. He is passionate about empowering dealership employees to excel, knowing that the first interaction with a customer—whether through technology or in person—is critical to building trust and closing deals.

Charles Bivona Jr, Co-Founder & CEO 

Charles Bivona Jr. brings over four decades of real-world experience in sales, business development, and leadership to AutoEdge Sales University. With a career rooted in driving results, Charles has trained and led sales teams across industries—from traditional print media to digital platforms—always with a focus on adaptability, innovation, and closing the deal.

In the 1980s and ’90s, Charles built and managed five national newspapers, leading a team of 50+ sales professionals long before the internet changed the game. When the digital revolution hit, he pivoted early—founding successful online ventures such as HireVeterans.com and VT Foreign Policy—where he scaled global teams and applied high-performance sales systems to drive revenue growth.

Today, through AutoEdge Sales University, Charles combines his deep knowledge of sales psychology, customer engagement, and lead conversion to train the next generation of automotive sales professionals.

His passion is helping others win—through structured coaching, proven strategies, and real-world tools designed specifically for the auto industry.
